[EXPRESS] The numerical fracture: tomorrow to the Senate, in six months of reports

After a passage in Committee of economy yesterday, on Tuesday, December 8th, will be introduced tomorrow morning, p tantes nine hours, to the Senate. And this should not dragged. If we are to believe the calendar of the Senate, one will vote in the morning for him. In the reading of the new text, very similar in the version voted by the nationalela Assembly last week, they are surprised by the number of reports envisaged for coming six months. Among them: the report on the neutrality, which should join the big file that ARCEP prepares (Authority of regulation of electronic communications and of posts) for summer, 2010. But also the report on the increase of the debit and that on price setting in the real debit. And finally, that more holdall on the  numerical "ditch" . Appointment therefore in June, 2010, dates maximum to whom, all should have been returned. By hoping that subjects, as the neutrality of the net, are not received and treated as subjects-gadgets of actuality, as many other ongoing subjects (haphazardly the famous right to neglect and all that follows from it).
