Further to the delivery of the report Zelnik in the living rooms of the Ministry of Culture, Pascal Rogard, president of the SACD (Society of the Authors and Dramatic Compositors) claimed to be satisfied with introduced measures.  They have even reflexion what is more to us  t-il pointed out has us.

Indeed, in that SACD had delayed in mission Zelnik, they find the idea of  a chronology of media which admits the right to experimentation and makes infringements easier  , but especially the famous taxation of Google via its advertising recipes. Regarding this last, he then threw:  These people do not respect the copyright, they act as predators on the European market  . Moreover, he judges very favourably the proposal of collective management of royalties and of the right neighbours, thinking that  the answer to piracy is more in offer  .

Even before the report is presented, he declared aloud:  This is going to be the year of the authors finally. Not that of intermediaries  . Sentence which sums up well enough the presentation which followed, marked by opposition: actors of cultural industry vs Google and the Internet providers.
