The Internet

 Famous Hadopi has a face finally  declared, this morning, the minister of culture, Frederick Mitterrand, on the occasion of the official installation of the High Authority for the broadcasting of writings and the protection of rights on Internet. And of the presentation of his president: Marie-Fran oise Marais, to recommend to the supreme court of appeal, which was held in a pithy speech, and denied itself in quite other comment.

The intervention of the minister, then the session of questions which followed, confirmed fuzziness, and many outstanding questions by the way: of the calendar of implementation of Hadopi, the suspension of the only Internet access as part of offer trebles - play, of the software of security or else of the taking care of costs for the Internet providers.

 A creation delivered in the decoy of unwarranted nature without rights for the authors would be immediately atrophied 

 It is nothing at least than of inventing an evolution and an adaptation of the problems of royalties to numerical epoch  the minister, regarding the mission of Hadopi pointed out.  It is an of course crucial stake for our creation under all its forms in our country.
